How to print on notebook and PC
Although it seems extremely simple, taking a print on the notebook and PC can be done in several ways. Other than that, it can be very useful, especially to share something with a friend or even to draw on the PC. Even the latest Windows update has made the task much easier to do, whether you have image editing software or not. 1. Capture tool
The capture tool has been native to Windows for years, but few people know it yet. This is really a shame, as this tool is the best way you can print on your notebook and PC.
All you have to do is go to the screen you want to capture and learn the "Windows", "Shift" and "S" buttons together. This will make the screen slightly darker and you can print the part you want.
Simply select with the mouse and drag in the way you prefer. It is even possible to change the capture form to a circle or even to a free form, which gives you total freedom.
When finished, the print will be saved to your clipboard instead of a Windows folder. So it is important to save the image as soon as possible.
You can do this by opening Paint or any other image editing program and pressing the "Ctrl" and "V" keys at the same time. There are certain messaging services that also allow you to use this shortcut directly to attach the message.
This is possible in the web version of Facebook Messenger, in the web and desktop version of Telegram and even in email messages that are already open. Just choose the method that makes the most sense for what you want to do.
2. Print on the clipboard
Since we mentioned that the capture tool saves your prints on the PC clipboard, it’s worth mentioning the faster method that does the same. This method of taking prints on the notebook and PC does not require the use of the tool or other apps, just a keystroke.
Go to the screen you want to capture and simply press the “PrtSc” key, which means Print Screen. This will take the print right away and the capture will be directly on your clipboard.
With that, just do what we indicated above. Use Paint or some of the other PC programs you have of this type and press the "Ctrl" and "V" keys at the same time inside to paste the image over there.
Then, you can do whatever you want with the image. Either edit it in some way or just save it on your PC the original way.
3. Print saved to HD
Of course, you may not want to rely solely on the clipboard. After all, it only saves one image at a time and you may need to take several prints in a row without having the time to save each one individually.
In these cases, the best thing to do is to use a shortcut that takes the print out on the notebook and PC and automatically saves the image on your HD. The shortcut is simple, as you just have to go to the desired screen and press the "Windows" and "PrtSc" keys at the same time.
The folder where these images are saved may vary slightly. But in general, you can find them in the folder "Screenshots", "Images" or simply "Local Disk" on your PC. Just take the print this way and see in which one, the image was saved.
